South Coast Fishing Adventures adheres to the following terms and conditions when ordering, booking and cancelling accommodation, programme and meal services for private individuals. These terms and conditions become binding on both parties once the customer has made a booking.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
According to the booking terms and conditions, an accommodation reservation is binding when the customer has made the booking verbally or in writing. After confirming the booking, the customer will receive a written booking confirmation and a pre-invoice. The pre-invoice is 20% of the total price and is due immediately. The remaining 80% is due 21 days before the start of the booking. The booking will only constitute a final invoice if the booking is made less than 21 days before the start of the booking. Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation. South Coast Fishing Adventures has the right to cancel the booking if the payment has not been paid by the due dates. A fee of €12/invoice will be charged for splitting the invoice. PayPal's delivery fee is €10 + 3.5% of the total invoice amount.
Cancellations must always be made in writing to the sales service. Cancellations are considered to have taken place from the date of booking. If the customer cancels their reservation:
21 days before the start of the rental period, the advance payment will not be refunded
Later than 21 days before the start of the rental period, the total price will be charged
The exception is the sudden illness or accident of the booker or his/her close relative. In this case, the customer has the right to cancel the reservation and receive a refund of the payments made, excluding the cancellation fee of €30. The reason for non-arrival must be reported to the sales service immediately and must be proven within a reasonable time with reliable evidence such as a doctor's certificate.
In the event of force majeure due to reasons beyond Rönnäs' control, South Coast Fishing Adventures may cancel the reservation and the customer has the right to receive a full refund of the payment made.
CHECK-IN AND STAY
After payment, the customer will receive driving instructions, check-in information and information on how to hand over the key.
The cottage or villa is available to the customer from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival until 2:00 PM on the day of departure (Sat - Sun) and until 12:00 PM (Mon - Fri). The accommodation package includes bed linen, final cleaning, a basket of firewood, basic crockery, toilet and kitchen paper, cleaning equipment and materials, as well as water and electricity, excluding charging of electric cars, which must be agreed separately with the booking service.
Although the final cleaning is included in the price, the apartment must be in a normal state of occupancy. Furniture and other equipment must be in place and intact, all dirty dishes must be washed or put in the dishwasher, and the garbage must be taken to the waste container located outside. If the condition of the property requires additional measures beyond the normal cleaning time after the reservation, e.g. taking out the garbage and washing the dishes, a cleaning invoice will be sent to the booker for the additional time and any special cleaning.
Smoking is prohibited inside the properties. If it is obvious after the reservation that smoking has taken place in the property, an invoice will be sent to the booker for the additional cleaning, especially for the cleaning of fabric-covered furniture.
We are not responsible for items left in the apartment. The cost of returning forgotten items will be charged to the customer.
Use of the hot tubs in the beach sauna must be agreed in advance and will be charged separately.
NUMBER OF PERSONS
No more people may stay in a cottage or villa than the number of beds stated in the cottage. The use of tents, camper vans and caravans on the property is prohibited. PETS
In a cottage or villa where pets are allowed, pets must be reported when making the reservation. Pet fee €30/pet. The booker is obliged to clean up their pet's waste from the yard.
ELECTRIC CARS
Charging an electric car is only permitted after payment has been made to the booking service.
COMPLAINTS

The booker is liable to compensate for any damage caused intentionally or unintentionally to the cottage or villa or its contents during the period of accommodation directly to the owner or South Coast Fishing Adventures.
